Refund Policy

Luxury care meets fairness. Here's how we handle refunds.

1. Overview

SilkShUpineAuto provides premium services and values transparency. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Silk Wash (CHF 120): 100% refundable if canceled at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
  • Silk Shine / Supreme Packages: Refundable minus CHF 50 if cancelled same-day (before service begins).
  • Late arrival / no-show: Non-refundable unless due to emergency (reviewed case-by-case).

3. Exceptions

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Completed services where customer confirmed satisfaction on-site
  • Packages with customized add-ons already performed (e.g. leather restoration)
  • Partial treatments that were interrupted due to customer choice

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] and include:

  • Your full name
  • Date and time of appointment
  • Package name
  • Reason for refund request

Refunds are reviewed and processed within 5–7 business days.
