1. Overview
SilkShUpineAuto provides premium services and values transparency. This policy explains when and how
you can request a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Silk Wash (CHF 120): 100% refundable if canceled at least 24 hours prior to
your appointment.
- Silk Shine / Supreme Packages: Refundable minus CHF 50 if cancelled same-day
(before service begins).
- Late arrival / no-show: Non-refundable unless due to emergency (reviewed
case-by-case).
3. Exceptions
Refunds are not granted for:
- Completed services where customer confirmed satisfaction on-site
- Packages with customized add-ons already performed (e.g. leather restoration)
- Partial treatments that were interrupted due to customer choice

- Your full name
- Date and time of appointment
- Package name
- Reason for refund request
Refunds are reviewed and processed within 5–7 business days.
